Complaints Procedure

  1. The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods without undue delay and to inform the seller of any discovered defects within 5 days.

  2. Notification of defects discovered must be done by the buyer in writing (by e-mail) within 5 days of receipt of the goods. In the written notice, the buyer must state the defects found. Describe what defects are and how they manifest. Buyer sends a written notice to the seller's home.

  3. The claim must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and proof of delivery and payment of the goods for which the defects are claimed.

  4. The seller assumes no liability for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damages caused by improper use of the products, as well as damages caused by incorrect handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty.

  5. Seller agrees to inform the customer no later than three days after receipt of the complaint, about the way the complaint is handled.
