• 265 kg of paint per year: Eliminating coating saves a volume of chemicals equivalent to filling nearly 9 large barrels. Additionally, it prevents the generation of toxic waste that would otherwise burden the environment.
• 87.5 hours of furnace operation annually: This is equivalent to more than 3.5 days of continuous operation. By saving this energy, we significantly reduce our carbon footprint and the consumption of natural resources.
• 2,720 kilometers saved per year: Transporting cutting decks to an external coating facility is now a thing of the past. This distance equals a round trip from Prague to Lisbon. By eliminating this transportation, we save hundreds of liters of fuel and reduce CO₂ emissions.

• Natural Durability: Our cutting decks, made from high-quality aluminum, are naturally resistant to corrosion, eliminating the need for coating while maintaining their robustness and reliability.

• Cleaner Environment: By removing coating, we eliminate the risk of paint flakes polluting soil and water, contributing to a healthier ecosystem.

• Lower Environmental Impact: We save energy, chemicals, and reduce transportation emissions, significantly lowering our carbon footprint and supporting sustainable practices.
